A dedicated educational session with a Clinical Dietitian explaining the gut-joint microbiome connection, anti-inflammatory whole-food swaps, and active meal-prep tips.
Healthy Lunch
A fully accessible, low-impact music and movement session focused on comfortable joint lubrication and pure fun.
